When the body energy quiets, all little ripples and currents can be known. A light is cast upon my mind, body and illuminates being. When this happens, guess what else takes place?
All the little moments of your life that hurt, that you just "went to the movies" or ran off into a night of partying to ignore come back. Energy does not die, it just spins waiting for the time to display again.
So as your being of light becomes enlightened, all the things that you ignore come rolling in. The effects are tears, emotional breakdowns and falling to your knees.
This is what happened to me. I blogged about it two writings ago.
After this mental breakdown, I found myself going to a physical cracking. Sweats at night along with severe nausea and in bed for 3 days. I barely ate nor drank. I experienced pain like I have never known. At one moment it felt like a lightening bolt was cracking open my skull. Pins and needle pains would appear on my leg and then stop. It felt like a bug was biting me, yet there were no bugs. This went on through one night, and then a little less the other nights.
After all of this ended. I felt my head was light and a bit dizzy. But this was not a lightness from being sick, this was not a sickness, I knew it. The lightness was actual light, a feeling of being high almost. I once did mushrooms. Mushrooms make you feel and expansion of your present awareness... well this is what I have been feeling ever since. I very light mind happening. I dont think much, I am not weighed down by worry at all.
Love is... Lots of love is there to turn to. With this light mind, I can sense an alive electric love all through me, and can cast it to others easily. I can light up a whole room if i wanted to. A few days ago, I simply laid an open palm into the air, and cast love onto a friend. She said she could feel it swoop all her worries away within moments.
Something has happened. Today i am more spacey, but i dont care, there is a love energy that is always there. I can focus and get tasks done, play music , keep appointments. (well mostly)
This open presence of heart is now available with eyes open in any place any time. This what is felt used to be only received after meditating for long periods of time.
Actually this is interesting. When younger I had to meditate 30 minutes to feel this. Then over time, 10 minutes. Then it was seen within a thought eyes open too..
Now it is more powerful and always there and can be played with a bit to cast to others.
fascinating as it is... I will keep exploring.
Oh another thing, is along with this has come angelic guides, akashic records to look into, and psychic ability, that was always there but just more powerful now.
