When someone asks me what is nonduality. I find it to be the most complex question. It's super hard to answer in a written form. This is because nonduality is not a place,it is everything. How then can you be everything? Only by not being what you have been led to believe.
Here is my attempt.

Sit there for 2 hours. After that time. I will ask you... Who are you? What is there?

You describe... "peace" "gentleness"
This is your true nature. This is what you are most. All of the rest is just thoughts appearing and fading. The whole time, THIS is there. A place where thoughts to land.
