Head out to the sea. Go so far that you don't see the shore.
Go so far that you dont even know who you are anymore. No mirrors, no TV, no one telling you what to do and how to be, what to buy.
Head out to sea, out to SEE. See yourself. Not as anyone, not as someone that has to do anything. Just do the seeing of yourself. In this place nothing needs to be done except light the expansive stillness within you, until IT is all you Sea.
Head out to see, and return with the blue sky in your eyes and the fluid within your form.
Head out to see and let go and love.... trust the ocean, she has been with you the whole time.
