What... is the problem

What is the Problem

When there is a problem, there is a visual image we get of us here and a problem “over there”. It's like the problem is coming to get us.

Let's turn this whole thing on its head and see it for its truth. The first step is to determine the meaning of the phrase “ what is the problem”

The word “what” is the important pointer here.

if I say to you “what is here?” at first you describe the room that is around you.

But I want you to go deeper. Shhhh… listen and find Stillness.

Where does that Stillness begin and end? Where do you begin and end?

(pause)

So.. “what is here now?”

Stillness

Stillness is arising as and into everything. I mean everything. This includes thoughts too and words and sky and sight, and hearing.

Got it??…. Good!!

Let's exchange the word Stillness now for the word “what”

Stillness is appearing as thoughts. What is appearing as thoughts.

Stillness is appearing as the weather. What is the weather.

Stillness is appearing as drama. What is drama

Another way is to say What is drama-ing.

What is happening - yes

What is the problem - yes

What is problem-ing.

See.. so the word “what” point to the boundless presence. When there is a problem.

Shift the seeing from a YOU looking at something over there called a problem to… a seeing of Stillness appearing as something also

What is happening

what is problem-ing

Yes

Yes

Yes

Seeing this, then allows you to fully allow problems to be in existence. They are then just vibratory variations of What is there.

So in solving these problems?. We don't just sit and say ok these are problem-ing.

If you sit in Stillness just a few seconds and SEE. See the WHAT that is appearing?

Then all the words and actions to deal with the problem will come from Stillness and a fuller feeling of dealing with the problem will occur. A wholeness that will offer a whole solution.

"Something will fix something" - Nick Smith quote.

Exercise:

Try noticing that problem is just Stillness for a while. Then watch how it becomes fixed.
